24 Hours of Worship

I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.


From 2022 to 2024, the Bishops in the US are calling to a renewed faith in the Eucharist. It will conclude with a Eucharistic Congress in July 2024. You can find more information here: eucharisticrevival.org

In communion with the Bishops, we propose to do a time of worship and prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.


In preparation of The Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ (Corpus Christi) on Sunday, June 11, from Thursday June 8, 1 p.m. till Friday June 9, Noon we will be holding a 24-hour period of holy Adoration.

Some hours will be in silence and some will be with praise and worship. See a detailed schedule for each day below:

  • 1 p.m. For Pope Francis and all bishops (Silence)

    2 p.m. For the priests of this Archdiocese (Silence)

    3 p.m. For the sick and the homebound (Silence)

    4 p.m. For the Mercy Missionaries and Volunteer Missionaries (Silence)

    5 p.m. For college students (Worship music led by Jen Westermann)

    6 p.m. For those who received the sacraments of initiation this year (Worship music led by Daniela Falcone)

    7 p.m. For a deeper love for the Eucharist (Worship music led by PJ)

    8 p.m. For young adults in this city (Worship music led by Ryan)

    9 p.m. For vocations to the priesthood and missionary life (Worship music led by the Society of Mary Sisters)

    10 p.m. For the San Juan Diego Program and the Hispanic community in Oregon (Worship music led by San Juan Diego community)

    11 p.m. For the priests of the Saint John Society (Worship music led by San Juan Diego community)

  • 12 a.m. For the souls in purgatory (Worship music led by San Juan Diego community)

    1 a.m. For respect for the dignity of life from conception to natural death (Silence)

    2 a.m. For the coming of the Holy Spirit to the city of Portland (Silence)

    3 a.m. For spiritual seekers (Silence)

    4 a.m. For the homeless in the city (Silence)

    5 a.m. For those who have no one to pray for them (Worship music led by San Juan Diego community)

    6 a.m. For persecuted Christians (Silence)

    7 a.m. For peace in the world (Silence)

    8 a.m. For those suffering from addictions or mental illness (Silence)

    9 a.m. For missionaries in the world (Silence)

    10 a.m. For luminous and joyful families (Worship music led by Sister Teresa)

    11 a.m. For those preparing for marriage or recently married (Worship music led by Daniela Falcone)
