Prayer Warriors Ministry
We believe deeply in the power and necessity of intercessory prayer. The New Evangelization needs a dedicated network of intercessors who actively pray for the fruits the mission. For this reason, we want to develop a community of intercessors who pray for our spiritual leaders, our apostolic activities, and the needs of our community.
Our Heavenly Patrons

What We Pray For
Prayer warriors commit to pray for the following intentions:
The fruits of the missionary work and conversion of the St. Michael’s community,
Vocations to the priesthood and missionary life. We especially invite you to pray for our local shepherds.
For the coming of the Holy Spirit upon the city of Portland.
Personal prayer requests submitted by parishioners.
The Prayer Warrior Commitment
Prayer Warriors are asked to commit to:
Daily Morning Offering. Every day pray the traditional Morning Offering of the Apostleship of Prayer:
"O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer Thee my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Thy Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intentions of the St. Michael Community, and in particular for the intention recommended this month by the Holy Father. Amen.
For those who are sick or bear some special cross, you are invited to unite your personal hardships and sacrifices with Christ for the fruits of our apostolate: "Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I am filling up what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ on behalf of his body, which is the church." — Colossians 1:24
